We, the members of the Resident Students Association at the University of North Carolina as Charlotte, desire to upgrade the quality of residents' life by listening to their desires and responding to those desires in a manner congruent with University life.

The Resident Students Association (RSA) serves as the representative body of resident students in matters concerning Department of Housing and Residence Life policies, residential facilities, and programming on campus and in the residential areas. RSA is here to make sure the resident's voices are heard and to provide collegiate programming that is beneficial and entertaining so residents' college experience is unforgettable.
